How to use correctly

Select a ring that feels secure without uncomfortable pressure. Before use, check that the edges are smooth and the lock works properly. Begin with shorter wear periods, check comfort regularly, and remove immediately if there is pain, numbness, or skin discoloration. Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly.
