How can I order?
Erosstar offers ordering goods through the e-shop, by phone at our telephone number or directly in the stone shop.
Ordering through the e-shop is easy, just choose the goods that interest you and put it in the cart. The basket will guide you through simple steps that will take care of a comfortable purchase.
Creating an order is also possible over the phone. You need to prepare the product codes you want to order in advance. You will find them for each product and have the form of 6 digits in a row (eg 360018).
If you want to see the store behind us, we will be happy to see you! A list of all Erosstar branches will help you find the nearest one. We recommend that you make a personal collection before you go to the store, prices may vary.

Do I have to register to buy?
No registration required for purchase. But by registering, you will get several benefits that may come in handy. These include, for example, an overview of all your orders, including tracking their status. -
Will the shipment be discreet?
Discreet packaging is a matter of course at Erosstar. All our shipments are unmarked as coming from a sex shop or containing erotic goods. They are packed exclusively in opaque packaging.

Can I return erotic goods without giving reasons?
Of course, yes, by the law can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
All returned goods must be unused, undamaged and complete in their original packaging in order to be resold.
For hygienic reasons, items with a damaged protective foil, packaging or hygienic seal cannot be returned or replaced. Underwear can only be sent unworn and clean, with the original, untorn and undamaged tag.

All goods in accordance with the complaint procedure can be claimed through the complaints and return form. The simple process will guide you through creating a complaint and help you send the shipment.
Erosstar offers return free of charge using the Mail Order service. There is no need to add additional documents to the package. If you want to pack anything in the package, this is not a problem.

Products price
The price of the goods is stated including VAT and is valid only for the ordering system. The company reserves the right to print errors and price changes (prices in the catalog, not on the order) without prior notice.
